A healthy smile from our family to yours

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason please give us at least 72 working hours notice as a courtesy to other patients who may require emergency care.

Please note that failure to do so may incur a charge.

We understand that sometimes circumstances beyond your control may prevent you from doing so and will do our best to facilitate rescheduling your appointment for a time that better suits.

Covid-19

While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety and well being. We wanted to let you know about some of the steps that we have taken to allow us to care for your smile during this time.

Infection control has always been of the highest standard and a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our practice in the past. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable. We want to tell you about some of the changes we have made to help protect our patients and staff.

  • All our team members are screened everyday and will stay home if there is any doubt regarding their health.
  • Our waiting room looks a little more bare than usual. We have removed our books, magazines and toys since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect.
  • Our appointment schedule is planned to allow for social distancing between patients.
  • We are leaving more time between patients to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.
  • Your dentist may look a little different these days with all the extra PPE. We want you to know that they are still smiling under the masks!

In order for all our steps and effort to be effective we also need your cooperation. Here’s how you will be playing your part:

  • You will be asked screening questions before your appointment and possibly again when you are in for your appointment. Please be open and transparent to help us keep everyone safe.
  • Your temperature may be taken by a staff member on the day of treatment.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.
  • If you are early we may ask you to wait in your car until we are ready for you.
  • Please avoid being late as we may not be able to facilitate your appointment.
  • We have hand sanitisers that we will ask you to use when you enter the Practice.
  • Since we have changed our diary to allow for social distancing you may be offered fewer appointment options as the demands are currently very high.
  • If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason please give us at least 72 working hours notice to allow us to accommodate other patients who may require emergency care.
  • If you or any one that you live with becomes unwell, please do not attend for your appointment, but call us and our team members will be happy to reschedule your appointment for at least 14 days later.

We look forward to seeing you and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice. Thank you for trusting us with your smile. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming you to our practice.
